Malaysia Land Properties Sdn. Bhd. (Mayland) was incorporated in 1995 and after which developed into a major group of property development companies collectively known as the Mayland Group of Companies.
We are recognised as one of the leading developers in Malaysia with significant developments in prime areas such as Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya and Johor. Since 1995, Mayland has developed numerous affordable luxury and high-end residences with a total of over 15,000 units.
Mayland is also well-known as the pioneer developer of serviced apartments in Malaysia. Our first prominent project is Mayfair and Dorchester in Plaza Damas, Kuala Lumpur, and the same concept is being adapted for many of our key projects. Other completed and ready-to-move in flagship projects located at prestigious addresses in Kuala Lumpur are Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang, Dorsett Residences Sri Hartamas and Regalia Serviced Apartment.

TAN SRI DATO’ DAVID CHIU, B.SC
Tan Sri Dato’ David Chiu is the Founding Chairman of Malaysia Land Properties Sdn. Bhd. And its group of companies collectively known as the Mayland Group and the driving force behind the international progression of Far East Organisation (International) Limited.
He is a prominent entrepreneur with over 30 years of extensive experience in property and hotel development. In his business career, he established a number of highly successful business operations through organic growth and acquisitions, covering Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Continental Europe.

Tan Sri Dato’ David Chiu holds a double degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economic at the University of Sophia, Japan.

PUAN SRI DATIN NANCY CHIU, BBS, B.Sc
Puan Sri Datin Nancy Chiu was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Mayland Group of Companies since 1996 and has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the Group since its inception. She is the pillar behind the Group’s achievements and success over the years.
Puan Sri Datin Nancy Chiu holds a degree of Bachelor of Science majoring in Economics from the University of Sophia, Japan.
Devoted to community services, Puan Sri Datin Nancy Chiu avails herself to serve on numerous charitable and non-profit-making organisations, where she is currently appointed as the Vice President of The Hong Kong Girl Guides Association, Honorary Vice President of Hong Kong Federation of Women, Committee Member of Concerted Efforts Resource Centre, Committee Member of Hong Kong Moral Education Concern Group, Honorary Member of The Maryknoll Medical & Welfare Association and Committee Member of Hong Kong Federation of Women Entrepreneurs.
Puan Sri Datin Nancy Chiu was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star by the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China in 2017 for her meritorious community service, particularly for her significant contributions to the promotion of youth service in Hong Kong.

Dato’ Kevin Woo joined the Mayland Group of Companies as Managing Director in August 2016. He has more than 30 years of wide-ranging experience in the fields of architecture, construction law, arbitration and property development. His multifaceted skills and experience lend credence to his current duties in overseeing the overall management and business operation of the Mayland Group of companies.
Dato’ Kevin Woo holds a degree of Bachelor of Architecture with honours from the University of New South Wales (Sydney) Australia; as well as a post-graduate Diploma of Arbitration from United Kingdom wherein he specialised in construction law and arbitration. He subsequently pursued a law degree, Bachelor of Jurisprudence (Hons), from the University of Malaya.
Dato’ Kevin Woo was the past President of the Malaysia Institute of Arbitrators from year 2006 to 2009. He was appointed a Justice of Peace (JP) by Duli Yang Maha Mulia Yang Di-Pertuan Besar Negri Sembilan in 2004.
